Education for Innovation (e4i) is committed to ensuring girls in our target communities have access to quality education in an effort to empowering women.

We build the capacity of the teaching force to improve their learning environments to be student-centered and inquiry-based.

​

To address economic and cultural challenges that hinder women from achieving greater success in society, we provide entrepreneurship & ICT training to women as well as business mentorship and small start up grants.

​

Our work addresses the root causes of why children drop out of school, the need to increase the number of girls who complete primary and secondary school to paves the way for success in the classroom and beyond.

 

Education for Innovation's approach targets three key areas:

Access to Education: Girls’ advancement through merit and need-based scholarships, scholastic materials

 

Learning Environment Improvement: Enhanced learning environments, teacher support and development

 

Economic Empowerment through Entrepreneurship & ICT Training to Women: Leadership development, income generation preparedness, girl-focused life skills, Pay it Forward youth volunteer initiatives
